  3.                      Xpress Mail Options Help Session
  4.  
  5.    K -  Define Key Words for Mail Searching.
  6.  
  7.         With this option, you can select key words, phrases, or people you
  8.        wish to read mail or join in conversations. You will always get mail
  9.        address to you personally. But with keywords, you can include mail
  10.        such as mail to "ALL", and "DR. DEBUG", subject areas such as
  11.        "HELP", "OS/2", or anything else. Upto 20 Keywords can be defined.

  13.        By prefixing the keyword with a negative sign (dash), keywords will
  14.        work the opposite. Negative keywords will skip messages containing
  15.        the keywords. This is a message filtering process.

  17.    Y -  Receive your own mail.
  18.  
  19.         This option allows you to include your most recent mail in your
  20.        mail package. This is the mail from yourself to others.

  24.    G -  Receive Group Mail.
  25.  
  26.         Xpress sports a new feature called TO MACROS. A sysop can send
  27.        general mail to !ALL! users. This type of mail will be picked
  28.        by Xpress and ADDRESSED directly to you.  If the sysop has given
  29.        you permission to use it, you too can use this feature.

  31.    L -  Change last usage date or Change Last Read Numbers
  32.  
  33.         Some versions of Xpress allow you to change last read
  34.        numbers by using a date. Others do not have this capability and thus
  35.        allow you only to change the last read number directly.

  37.        The last usage date is normally used only if you want to change the
  38.        scan date for new messages. For new users, Silver Xpress will always
  39.        prompt for this date when you first get on. This is basically an
  40.        option to change it.

  44.    R -  Restore Mail Pointers
  45.  
  46.         This option will reset the mail pointers to the
  47.        value(s) before starting Silver Xpress.
